    Product Description




    Applies to air filter system which require fireproof,  such as electronic, pharmaceutical, food and other industries, playing a role of preventing and remedying pollution, industrial waste gases, the mist produced during production, fresh air filtering, pre-filter of air conditioner etc.
    Especially suitable as the pre filter of spraying-paint system and spraying-paint workshop.


    Adopts non silicone synthetic fiber, with the feature of high performance and anti-fracture ability. Density of fibers increases gradually, which will block particles of various sizes in different density. It has a high dust-holding capacity, low pressure drop, high permeability, low initial resistance and high dust-holding capacity.
    Multi-layers, density increases step by step.
    Fire-resistance classification is up to German industrial standard: DIN53438-F1.
    Has passed the American UL - 900 fire rating certificate, certificate no. : 20150716 - R38434
    Strong moisture-proof, reach up to 100% relative humidity.
    Can be washed repeatedly.
    Frame can be galvanized steel or aluminum alloy, or add metal mesh as supporter to effectively prevent deformation under high-speed airflow.
    This product can be cutted into slice, pleated into shape and folded into roll.
