Advantages
Salt spray filter is mainly composed of rain-proofing device, filter and filter housing. Rain-proofing device and housing generally adopt high quality stainless steel 316 l material.
Housing general including filters of two stages: pre-filter and medium efficiency filter.
Size of the filters inside are the international common dimension 24 "× 24" , equals to 610 × 610mm.
Filters are arranged according to a matrix form in the order of 1 × 2, 2 × 2, 2 × 3, 3 × 2.
Inside of the box, there are rapid loading and unloading installed module type box or chute-type installing groove to fit the requirement of different situations.
Quick opening and high tightness access door.
Good performance of anti-rust, long service lifetime.
It can be customized as per customer's request.
Technical Parameter
Composite salt spray filter box generally contains primary and secondary filter. Users can select the appropriate salt spray filter in accordance with different requirements. Salt spray filter box is mainly made of stainless steel plate. Composite salt spray filter box generally consists of the following components:
Cabinet, access door, pressure difference switch, fans, air inlet (outlet), air filters, filter installing frame, frequency inverter etc.
Fan is optional, users decide whether it is needed according to actual requirements.
Air inlet (outlet) size: standard for square outlet (size is not qualified) or can be customized according to customers' requirements.
Filters Mainly Configurable
It is widely applicable to the motors work in more salty and foggy area or in the coastal region, salt spay filter is a kind of high efficiency filter unit that protects of oil-filed motor and fan.
