When mentioned the working condition at the temp 90~130 degree,it would choice the material of Polyester needled felt, polypropylene needled felt, Acrylic (homopolymer material) needle punched felt. And according to the different requirement of the different working operation, the material surface treatment could be done as singeing, calendering, oil and water proof, PTFE impregnation, coating and laminating process...

    Applicable to mine, limestone, cement,
     iron and steel industries, 
    alumina delivery, electrolytic aluminium, 
    non-ferrous metal production, wood processing, 
    food processing and pharmacy industry.

    Good resistance to oxidation, while limited resistance
     to acids and alkalis. Service life will be affected by
     water content under high temperature.

    Polypropylene  (PP)

    1~14

    Applicable to food,flour,sugar,fertilizer,
    electroplating and pesticide industries.


    Restricted resistance to oxidation, but excellent 
    resistance to hydrolysis


    Polyacrylnitrile 
    Homopolymer   (DT)

    3~11

    Applicable to detergent,waster incineration, 
    asphalt, spray dryer, coal mill and power plant 
    (desulfurization part) industries.

    Good resistance to hydrolysis.
